Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
Canceled orders are subject to a fee of 20% of the total purchase price, including shipping and taxes. No cancellations are accepted after an order has already shipped. For preorders, no cancellations are accepted after 14 days of ordering. Preorders are a commitment to buy, and we place our orders with manufacturers based on these commitments.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must be in unused, unworn, brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund or exchange will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If requesting an exchange, the buyer agrees to pay for the new shipping costs.
Refund Processing:
Due to the nature of our business, returns for a full refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (shipping costs are non-refundable). No returns are accepted after 14 days of delivery confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
Wrong or Defective Items:
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the item via standard international mail and provide us with your shipping receipt for reimbursement. Upon receiving your return, we will ship the correct item and send you a new tracking number via email.
