Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are accepted before the order has shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. For Pre-orders: Because these items are made-to-order, we can only accept cancellations within 14 days of the order date. After this window, the production process begins, and we may not be able to process a cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must be in unused, unworn, brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund or exchange will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If requesting an exchange, the buyer agrees to pay for the new shipping costs.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.

Wrong or Defective Items:
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please return the item via a trackable shipping method and provide us with your shipping receipt for reimbursement. Upon receiving your return, we will ship the correct item and send you a new tracking number via email.
